ISSUE
You get errors when trying to upload.
CAUSE
Your upload settings are incorrect so Shozam cannot successfully connect to your webserver. Typical error is:
''ERROR: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond''.
If Shozam can locate the server but the password is incorrect or can connect to the server but is not granted permissions to write files there, the error may be different.
REMEDY
If you have any trouble uploading the gallery, please follow the steps below.
1. Get from your web host the following FTP upload information related to your server/website account:
2. Read the
help file for setting a correct Upload Preset
, enter your settings correctly and then verify them:

Click 'Test connection' button to ensure a successful connection with the FTP server.

Make sure you can successfully generate a timestamp with the correct time on the 'Test.htm' page after clicking 'Test View' button.

Remember to save the preset settings immediately after passing the above tests.

Upload your gallery once again.
3. If you still have issues, submit a support ticket containing:

All information provided by your webhost

All settings you enter in the Upload Preset Tab

Clarification on where you want your gallery to appear online (at what web address). For example, if your gallery is meant to be your main site, it will be something like
http://mydomain.com
; if gallery is meant to be a component of your site, it will be something like
http://mydomain.com/gallery
