Shozam Helpdesk

Verify you can receive emails from us. Add "shozam.com" domain to your email "safe list".
After you Submit a Ticket, a confirmation email is sent to you right away.
If you do not see this email in your "inbox", check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.

Activation Issues
For all activation related issues, please provide your order id and hardware number.
The hardware number is unique for each computer and is displayed on the Activation Tab in Step 1 of Shozam.
