How do I activate Shozam on my computer?

Purchased the program and still shows trial version? Need to have the program activted on another computer? Forgot your registration key? Go to the help page for the Activation Tab (in Step 1 of Shozam) to learn more and see what information you need to provide us.

 How do I upload the gallery to the web?

Having trouble uploading your gallery? Not sure of your upload settings? Getting an upload error? Go to the FTP upload preset verification steps article in the knowledgebase.

 How do I integrate the gallery with an existing website?

Do you have an existing website? Not clear how you can best integrate the Shozam generated gallery with your site? Go to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) of the User Manual.

Verify you can receive emails from us

Add "shozam.com" domain to your email "safe list". After you submit a ticket, a confirmation email is sent to you right away. If you do not see this email in your "inbox", check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.
